Not all of these workouts require equipment, but some requre a set of light, moderate and heavy dumbbells.  Other equipment is used such as a barbell, medicine ball, step, chair, resistance bands, BOSU, Boxing bag, but all can be modified to using just your dumbbells.  These workouts are demonstrated by everyday people, all shapes, sizes, fitness levels, unedited,  relatable, inspirational!
